Job Description
The Life Enrichment Director plans and coordinates a variety of social events to provide a vibrant and active community life for our residents. Some of those activities include:
- Determine resident program preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, resident council meetings, and communication with resident families.
- Plan daily and weekly programs to engage residents in the community, meeting their social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Assist in planning programs and events that encourage prospective residents to engage in community life and participate in various activities.
Qualifications
- A college degree in a related field or a certificate program.
- 2 years of activity programming experience.
- 1 years of leadership experience in senior living is preferred.
- A love for seniors!
- Highly organized and excellent time management skills
- Energetic, engaging, and caring personality
- Ability to connect with people
