Health and Wellness Director — LPN or LVN
We are seeking a full-time Health and Wellness Director to join our team at Winslow Court Assisted & Senior Living in Colorado Springs, CO. Your Role
The Health and Wellness Director leads the daily operations of our assisted living department and is accountable for clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and team development. Specifically, you will:
- Oversee daily operations of the assisted living department
- Hire, train, and develop the care team
- Provide leadership and direction to Care Coordinators, QMAPs, and Caregivers
- Work directly with residents to assess needs, document status in the electronic care system, and coordinate services
- Supervise med techs and delegate nursing duties to unlicensed personnel within scope
- Maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Manage department budget and contribute to cost-control planning
Qualifications
- Current Colorado LPN or LVN license required (or eligibility for Colorado endorsement); RN credential also welcome
- Experience in Assisted Living, Geriatric Nursing, Gerontology, and/or Dementia Care
- Demonstrated leadership in building and developing care teams
- Working knowledge of service plan development, medication management, infection control, and safety procedures
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting and cost control
- A genuine love for working with seniors

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act
Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for the following benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan with company match; company-sponsored training, development, and tuition reimbursement; employee meal program; and additional voluntary benefits. Benefit eligibility may vary based on employment status and hours worked.
