Key Qualifications:
- Leadership Excellence: You lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best - Build Team
- Proven Success: You have a history of taking communities to full occupancy, delivering results on time and within budget - Build Occupancy
- Operational Mastery: Your expertise spans all aspects of senior living management, from operations and healthcare to customer service and fiscal responsibility - Build EBITDAR
- Strong Relationship Builder: You build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the greater community
- Bachelor’s degree required: Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
- Licensed Assisted Living Administrator required
- Competitive Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 base salary with up to $40,000 in bonus potential.
