The Role
Our caregivers provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living while ensuring residents feel safe, respected, and valued. Through kindness, patience, and a friendly, professional approach, you’ll help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate resident care and assistance with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Respond promptly to resident call systems and assess residents’ needs, obtaining additional assistance when necessary.
Follow individualized service plans and established care procedures.
Respect residents’ privacy, dignity, preferences, and independence.
Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to help ensure residents receive appropriate meals.
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the appropriate team members.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
Demonstrate our commitment to service excellence by going above and beyond to create positive resident experiences.
What We’re Looking For
Current Arizona Assisted Living Caregiver Certification is required.
Ability to obtain CPR, Level 1 Fingerprint Card, Pass an APS and Background Check
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively as a team, and independently where scheduled.
Dependability, patience, and a commitment to resident safety and happiness is a must.
A genuine love for seniors and a desire to serve first, and make a difference everyday.
