Field Marketing Representative

Position Overview

Earn $65,000–$90,000 in an entry level sales role with uncapped commission. No prior sales experience required.

Stellar Roofing is hiring motivated individuals to speak with homeowners in local neighborhoods and schedule free roof and exterior inspections for our team.

This is a field-based role where you’ll work outdoors, meet homeowners, and help connect them with professional inspections for roofing, windows, and siding.

Top performers in this position regularly advance into sales and leadership roles.

Compensation

• Uncapped commission with Typical full-time earnings: $65,000 – $90,000
• Top performers earn: $90,000
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus opportunities

Your income is directly tied to your effort and performance.

Schedule

• 30–40 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Tuesday–Saturday availability preferred
• Weekends strongly preferred (best time to reach homeowners)
• Two in-office meetings per week

What You’ll Do

• Canvass targeted neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
• Schedule free roof and exterior inspections
• Use company apps to track activity and manage leads
• Clearly explain the purpose and value of an inspection
• Review weekly performance and goals with your manager
