Location & Work Arrangement
- City, State: Jackson, Mississippi
- Work Arrangement: Onsite (Required; no remote candidates will be considered).
- Contract: This is a Contract position.
- Mode of Interview: Either Webcam or In Person.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend work required.
Core Responsibilities and Technical Environment
The Systems Administrator will be a key member of the team, focusing on the deployment, administration, and maintenance of critical enterprise infrastructure components.
1. Microsoft Enterprise Administration (Required Expertise)
- Server OS: Administration of Microsoft Windows Server.
- Identity & Access: Management and support of Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services.
- Cloud & Productivity: Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
2. Virtualization & Hardware Administration (Required Expertise)
- Virtualization: Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere (server virtualization).
- VDI: Experience with VMware Horizon (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure).

3. Network and Security Foundations (Required Knowledge)
- Possess a Working knowledge of network connectivity and protocols.
- Possess a Working knowledge of security best practices.
4. Preferred/Desired Expertise (Not Required)
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Monitoring/Management: Familiarity with SolarWinds Orion, Varonis DatAdvantage, and KACE SMA.
- Storage/OS: Experience with HPE Nimble Storage and Linux.
- Database: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
