Position Details
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Open to nationwide candidates)
- Location / Office Base: Columbia, SC
- Shift: EST (with occasional after-hours support as needed)

Core Requirements & Mandatory Skills
To be considered for this high-impact position, candidates must possess the following experience:
- Public Sector Expertise: 10 years of SAP experience within the Government/Public Sector space.
- Upgrades & Troubleshooting: 10 years of experience with practical SAP upgrades, OSS notes, support packs, and troubleshooting.
- Core Finance & Treasury: 7 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI) or Treasury/Cash Management.
- Legacy ECC: 7 years of experience with the SAP ECC FI module.
- Governmental Accounting: 7 years of experience in budgeting, appropriations, grants, and public financial workflows.
- S4 HANA: 3 years of direct, hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA.
Highly Desired Skills
- Experience guiding projects through a full lifecycle SAP implementation.
- Strong leadership skills, including experience leading workshops and partnering with executive leadership.
- Proficiency in mapping and documentation tools (MS Visio, Project, Excel).
Key Responsibilities
- Map and document comprehensive "Current-State" vs. "Future-State" processes for Finance & Treasury modules.
- Identify functional and technical impacts when transitioning from ECC to S4 HANA.
- Collaborate on system testing, including creating test plans and unit test scripts.
- Mentor junior team members on SAP programming concepts and tool suites.
