We are seeking a senior SAP BI/BO Developer to design, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports within an enterprise SAP environment. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery by optimizing data universes, building interactive visualizations, and streamlining back-end data flows.

- SAP BI Development: Web Intelligence (Webi) reports, Crystal Reports, and universe optimization.
- Tableau Administration: Server/Online architecture, upgrades, user security, and data source management.

Key Requirements & Important Skills
Mandatory Experience:
- 5 Years: SAP BI Environment & Business Objects architecture.
- 5 Years: Complex Web Intelligence & Crystal Reports development.
- 5 Years: Tableau Administration (Server/Online configuration and management).
- 3 Years: Public Sector / Government agency experience.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Highly Valued Skills (Pluses):
- Experience with Microsoft SSIS or Azure Synapse for ETL development.
