We are looking for an experienced Software Test Analyst to lead manual, automated, and performance testing for a large-scale project!
Location: Lansing, MI (Local candidates within 90 miles only)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite: Wed/Thu; Remote: Mon/Tue/Fri)
Interview Process: 1-Round Virtual Interview via MS Teams (Video required)
Key Requirements & Must-Have Skills

Automation & Coding: 5 years with Java, Playwright (Java library preferred), or Selenium WebDriver.

Testing Expertise: 5 years in Manual, Automated, and API Testing (Postman, REST Client, RESTAssured).

Performance Testing: 3–5 years with JMeter or LoadRunner (scripting, scenario execution, bottleneck analysis).

Databases & Version Control: Strong SQL / P-SQL queries (Oracle / SQL Server) and Git.

Frameworks & Methods: TestNG, Gherkin/BDD, Agile/Scrum, and Azure DevOps.

Accessibility: Hands-on experience with ADA Compliance tools (JAWS, AccVerify).
Qualifications
