About the Position
In this role, you will support local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and campfield infrastructure. You will handle network configuration, maintenance, security controls, and Tier 1/2 troubleshooting for critical transportation systems. We are looking for an adaptable, self-motivated candidate with strong technical and leadership qualities aiming for long-term growth.

- General IT Experience: 10 years
- Cisco Routing & Switching: 5 years
- VLAN Management & Subnetting: 5 years
- Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF): 3 years
- Network Design & Architecture: 2 years
- Integration & Break/Fix Troubleshooting: 2 years
- Education: 4-year degree in a related field and/or industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Security )

Core Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network hardware.
- Perform Tier 1 & Tier 2 network and software support, resolving connection and break/fix issues.
- Design extensions for network infrastructure and maintain architecture/inventory documentation.
- Support field teams with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) communication setup and troubleshooting.
- Implement cybersecurity measures, support threat hunting, and perform network performance tuning.
