Location: Dimondale, MI (Must live within 2 hours)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 2 5 days per week)

Core Requirements
- Java Mastery: 12 years of professional software development with a focus on enterprise Java.
- Architectural Leadership: 5 years designing large-scale, distributed, high-availability systems.
- Modern Infrastructure: 3 years of hands-on experience with Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Security Expert: Deep expertise in OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, and JWT for secure identity management.
- Full-Stack Capability: Strong proficiency in Spring Boot (Backend) and Angular or React (Frontend).
- Data & Integration: Expertise in REST APIs, Oracle, NoSQL, and message queuing (IBM MQ).
- DevOps & Testing: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and automated testing (Selenium/Playwright).
