Key Required Skills & Expertise

Website Redesign & Migration: Proven experience leading large-scale, full-lifecycle website redesigns and content migration.

CMS Platform: Hands-on experience with Drupal and digital implementations.

Accessibility Compliance: Working knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA standards for web content.

Web Governance & Change Management: Ability to establish web governance frameworks, SOPs, and content workflows.

Stakeholder Management: Strong cross-departmental collaboration, facilitation, and status reporting skills.

Testing & QA: Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and launch readiness checks.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with public sector, state government, or healthcare/human services projects.
