Core Responsibilities
- Cloud Architecture (30%): Develop and coordinate solution and infrastructure architecture for Microsoft Azure.
- Full-Stack Development (50%): Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications and common components.
- AI Integration (10%): Assist the CTO in implementing new technologies, including AI Agents and GitHub Copilot.
- Mentorship (10%): Provide knowledge transfer and training to application developers and monitoring teams.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Azure Expert: 7 years in Azure Cloud Architecture, adoption strategy, and maintaining cloud-native IT systems.
- Backend Lead: 10 years in C# / .NET (Legacy 2.0 through .NET Core) and 10 years in SQL Server/Oracle.
- Frontend Expert: 10 years of Web UI experience (specifically Angular 10 , TypeScript, and Bootstrap).
- Migration Specialist: 5 years experience migrating existing .NET applications to Azure.
- DevOps & Security: 5 years in CI/CD and Azure DevOps; 1 year in GitHub Advanced Security.
- AI Tools: 1 year using GitHub Copilot or AI Agents for development.
- Testing: Strong proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
