We’re expanding our Comprehensive Crisis Services Division and seeking dedicated Crisis Responders across credentials to provide life-changing support through Mobile Crisis Response.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time positions in the Greater Richmond area.
Open to professionals and paraprofessionals, including:
- QMHP-A / QMHP-C / QMHP-E
- LMHP, LMHP-E LMHP-R, LMHP-RN, LMHP
Available Shifts:
8-hour and 12-hour shifts available for day, evening, overnight schedules, and weekends.
What You’ll Do:
As a Crisis Responder, you’ll provide immediate in-person support to individuals experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric crises.
Duties include:
- De-escalating crises using trauma-informed, person-centered approaches.
- Supporting individuals in navigating their needs and linking them to long-term care.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize and support recovery.
- Delivering short-term interventions in accordance with service plans.
Service Areas:
We serve Richmond and surrounding counties including Henrico, Hanover, Mechanicsville, Chesterfield, Chester, Petersburg, Hopewell, Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie, and Midlothian.
