This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position with flexible scheduling — you choose your availability.
Pay & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas to client standards
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely
- Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients
- Assist with deep cleans or special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous residential, janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience preferred (but not required — training provided)
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Smartphone for scheduling
- General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be able to pass a background check
