Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and sanitary residential or commercial properties while delivering high-quality service. The Cleaner should be dependable, able to work independently or as part of a team, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting our cleaning standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning of residential or commercial properties.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Make beds and tidy rooms when required.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
- Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly.
- Arrive on time, maintain a professional attitude, and provide excellent customer service.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards.
- Ensure all work is completed before leaving the job site.
Experience
- - Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- - Experience in residential, commercial, or vacation rental cleaning is an advantage.
- - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
- - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- - Good time management and organizational skills.
- - Reliable, punctual, and able to meet scheduled appointments.
- - Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs (11 kg), and working for extended periods.
- - Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- - Must be authorized to work in the applicable location and have reliable transportation, and cleaning supply.
