Stellar Primary Care is a growing adult primary care clinic in Dallas, TX, looking for an experienced, bilingual Medical Office Assistant/ Front Desk professional to join our team. This is a key position in our clinic. The right person will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play an important role in patient experience, insurance verification, scheduling, referrals, and daily clinic operations.
We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, organized, friendly, and detail-oriented.

Clinic: Stellar Primary Care
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish required
Experience Required: Adult primary care and eClinicalWorks experience required
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in adult primary care.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience verifying insurance eligibility and benefits before patient visits.
- Experience using Availity or similar eligibility platforms.
- Familiarity with insurance payer portals.
- Experience assisting with prior authorizations for referrals and medications.
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn and use AI-assisted tools to improve clinic workflows.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional service.
- Answer calls and manage patient communications.
- Schedule and confirm appointments while keeping the daily schedule organized.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and benefits before visits.
- Use payer portals to identify coverage issues and confirm referral or authorization requirements.
- Assist with prior authorizations for medications and referrals.
- Maintain accurate, current patient information in eClinicalWorks.
- Help patients with portal access, forms, appointment questions, and basic insurance questions.
- Communicate clearly with the provider and clinical team.
- Support daily clinic operations through teamwork, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.25 per hour
