Stellar Party Co. is a growing event production and décor company based in Northwest Arkansas. We specialize in high-quality event experiences including custom backdrops, shimmer walls, LED marquee letters, and full-scale event installations for corporate events, weddings, fundraisers, and brand activations.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Event Production & Operations Specialist to join our core team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants long-term stability with a growing company.
Position Summary
This role supports the preparation, setup, execution, and breakdown of events. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in painting and working with walls or panels, is comfortable applying vinyl, and can assist with event logistics and inventory. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown for various event types
- Paint, prep, and maintain backdrops, walls, marquee letters, shimmer walls, and custom décor
- Apply and remove vinyl graphics on walls, panels, and event pieces
- Load, transport, pick up, and return event inventory including backdrops, shimmer walls, and LED marquee letters
- Support on-site event logistics and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage, tools, and inventory
- Assist with light client interaction and team coordination during events
- Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and guest experience
Qualifications
- Experience with painting, décor installation, construction, or event production preferred
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and transporting equipment
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Preferred Experience
- Event production or event décor experience
- Hospitality, construction, or hands-on trade background
- Experience applying vinyl or working with scenic builds
- Familiarity with corporate events, weddings, or large-scale installations
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position
- Schedule varies based on event calendar (including nights and weekends)
