Stellar Party Co. is one of the fastest-growing event production companies in Northwest Arkansas, creating large-scale brand activations, experiential events, custom fabrication, premium décor, vinyl installations, and nationwide event experiences for corporate clients, universities, retailers, and major brands.
We're looking for a hardworking, creative individual who enjoys building, creating, and bringing ideas to life. Every week is different. One day you may be wrapping walls with vinyl graphics, the next you're fabricating event pieces, painting custom props, loading trucks, or traveling to help execute large corporate events across the country.

Responsibilities
- Install large-format vinyl graphics and wraps
- Commercial painting and finishing
- Build, assemble, and fabricate event displays and custom pieces
- Operate common power tools and woodworking equipment safely
- Load, unload, and organize event inventory
- Drive company box trucks and large vehicles to event sites
- Assist with event setup and teardown
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Travel for events throughout Arkansas and nationwide as needed
- Deliver exceptional quality while working under deadlines
- Represent Stellar Party professionally on client job sites
Required Qualifications
- Experience with commercial painting
- Experience applying large-format vinyl graphics
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using power tools and performing basic woodworking
- Able to lift 60 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable driving box trucks or larger commercial vehicles
- Reliable transportation to our Springdale warehouse
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to accept feedback and continuously improve
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overnight travel as needed
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
