This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high quality learning experiences that support Stellar MLS products, services, and strategic initiatives. The position blends instructor led training with instructional design and learning development practices to create engaging, effective, and scalable learning solutions across digital and live environments.
Reporting to the Senior Training Manager, this role collaborates with the Stellar MLS Training Team, internal staff and departments, subject matter experts, and vendor partners to translate real estate and product knowledge into impactful learning experiences, while representing Stellar MLS with professionalism and a strong commitment to the real estate community.

What You’ll Do
This is an salary, exempt, full-time role. Your essential duties and responsibilities will consist of:
- Design and develop instructional content using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Create, edit and maintain course curriculum, course notes, storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, scripts, facilitator guides, and learner materials
- Develop interactive eLearning and blended learning solutions using Articulate Rise 360, and other softwares
- Produce, edit, and maintain instructional videos using Camtasia or similar video editing tools
- Evaluate and improve training content to increase effectiveness and learner engagement
- Partner with product teams and subject matter experts to align learning content with product releases and business goals
- Plan and implement multimedia learning initiatives within the LMS and Stellar University
- Facilitate virtual training and occasionally deliver in person training within the Stellar MLS coverage area
- Manage the classroom or virtual learning environment to ensure effective and professional learning experience
- Ensure consistent instructional quality and brand voice across all learning experiences
- Manage personal workload, timelines, and deliverables to meet quality and deadline expectations
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Some travel, after hours, and weekend hours may be required.
- Timely and regular attendance is an essential function of the position; being physically present in the work environment is an essential job function.
- Cross-training for other departmental functions is expected and required.
- Must be able to work in a remote work environment and able to report to the office in Altamonte Springs, FL and other locations for company events as needed (in the state of Florida).
