Web Engineering Lead
Location: Downtown Miami, FL - Onsite 4 days/week (must be onsite from Day 1)

The Web Engineering Lead will define and drive the technical vision for frontend web development within their product area. This role owns the web layer, architecting scalable, performant, and accessible experiences using Angular, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, while ensuring overall engineering health and delivery accountability. The Lead will participate in Agile ceremonies, align engineering progress with roadmaps, and collaborate across technology layers to deliver cohesive digital products.

Lead frontend engineering strategy and execution across product lines.

Architect scalable, accessible, and highperformance web applications.

Drive adoption of modern frontend patterns (microfrontends, design systems, componentdriven architecture).

Ensure engineering progress aligns with product roadmaps and timelines.

Collaborate with product, design, and delivery teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Oversee offshore and distributed teams, ensuring scope control and delivery closure.

Maintain accountability for endtoend delivery and engineering health.

Influence technical direction across multiple teams or product areas.

7 years of handson frontend development experience.

2 years in a lead or technical leadership role.

Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

Strong experience with Angular (Angular 2 , RxJS, NgRx) and React (React, Next.js, Redux).

Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards.

Proficiency with GraphQL and REST API integration.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab).

Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Karma, Jasmine).

Strong understanding of web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, bundle optimization).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale frontend teams.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills.

Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts for frontend deployment.

Knowledge of SSR/SSG patterns for performance and SEO.

Familiarity with AEM or other CMS platforms.

Experience with ecommerce or guestfacing web applications at scale.

Understanding of mobile web optimization and PWA patterns.

Exposure to Stencil.js for web component development.

Experience with Nest.js (Node) for serverside development.
Salary : $60 - $65
