This role combines strong technical understanding of Salesforce with proven project leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities:Lead Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.Apply Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to manage project execution.Oversee Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions, customizations, and integrations with internal and third-party systems.Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, providing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.Drive process improvement and best practices in project execution and delivery.Maintain clear reporting on project status, budgets, timelines, and resource needs for leadership.Required Qualifications:8 years of project or program management experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce delivery and system integrations.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies.Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and experience leading Agile teams.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams.Experience managing complex integrations, data migrations, and platform enhancements.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Project Manager) are a plus.
