We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time Human Resources Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for providing onsite administrative support to Stellar’s HR department at our headquarters located in Moraine, OH.

We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time Human Resources Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for providing onsite administrative support to Stellar’s HR department at our headquarters located in Moraine, OH.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for processes and procedures for onboarding new employees and conducting orientations.
- Conduct I-9 verification through E-Verify process and maintain filing system.
- Conduct out processing/offboarding upon employees’ departure.
- Conduct and provide trends regarding exit interview information.
- Maintain personnel records and employee certifications, in compliance with HR regulations.
- Compile spreadsheets and reports from personnel databases.
- Review and update HR information system records.
- Assist in enforcing company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Communicate and answer any employee questions timely though email, via phone, or in person.
- Attend and participate in required meetings.
- Assist with filing and other general duties as directed by the Director of HR.
- 2 years' experience in Human Resources with an understanding of HR concepts and/or associate's degree or higher.
- General knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
- Ability to be discreet and confidential with sensitive information.
- Should be confident and self‐motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain schedules.
- Strong organizational skills along with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a DoD, Military, or Federal Government environment is a plus.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
