Are you a compassionate, dependable LPN who thrives in a busy clinical environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our fast-paced family practice clinic!
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients of all ages
- Room patients and obtain vital signs, histories, and medication information
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Administer medications and injections as ordered
- Perform phone triage and respond to patient needs
- Assist with care coordination, referrals, and follow-up
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Work collaboratively with providers and the clinical team
- Help keep the clinic running efficiently in a high-volume environment
What We’re Looking For
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Previous family practice or ambulatory care experience preferred
