Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies and safe nursing practices
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and nursing support staff on assigned units
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Carry out physician's orders accurately
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license (required)
• Graduate of an approved LPN program
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to handle situations professionally and with tact
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
