What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Specialist position at Stellar Growth Capital?
About Stellar Growth Capital
Stellar Growth Capital is a next-generation manager that partners with exceptional companies shaping the next decade of growth. We bring institutional discipline, strategic investor connectivity, and a conviction-led approach to investing.
As we evolve our brand and deepen engagement across digital and live investor channels, we’re seeking a Content Marketing & Communications Specialist to drive our content and community-building efforts — elevating our market position and reinforcing our voice within the investment ecosystem.
Role Overview
This role will play a pivotal part in strengthening Stellar Growth Capital’s visibility, credibility, and engagement. The successful candidate will develop and execute a content program that captures the depth of our investment strategy, highlights the insights of our partners, and positions Stellar Growth Capital as a recognised thought leader.
You will build the firm’s digital presence (particularly across LinkedIn), cultivate direct investor communications, drive participation in industry forums and panels, and deliver measurable growth in engagement, brand clarity, and investor alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Investor Communications
- Partner closely with the firm’s investment partners and senior leadership to gather insights, conduct interviews, and translate them into compelling content — articles, commentary, videos, newsletters, and social media features.
- Develop high-impact investor communications: quarterly commentary, newsletters, thought-leadership pieces, investment narratives, and event materials for institutional, family-office, and HNW audiences.
- Manage the content calendar and publishing cadence across LinkedIn, website, and investor distribution lists.
- Serve as the brand guardian — ensuring all content aligns with our tone, positioning, and investment ethos.
Digital Presence & Brand Positioning
- Strengthen and expand the firm’s digital footprint across key investor and professional platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Shape the profiles and visibility of firm partners through curated posts, interviews, and strategic engagement.
- Develop marketing collateral and brand assets — investor one-pagers, case studies, presentations, and visual materials.
- Analyse engagement metrics and optimise content strategy using data-driven insights.
Media, PR & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with PR and communications partners to secure coverage, commentary, and bylined articles in financial and industry media.
- Build relationships with journalists and editors to position the firm and its partners as informed commentators on market dynamics and growth themes.
- Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, media participation, and inclusion in industry forums and panels.
- Support and promote Stellar-hosted family office circles, investor gatherings, and thematic forums that showcase the firm’s insights and leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, investor communications, or corporate communications, preferably within investment management or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to craft sophisticated, high-quality content across digital and print channels.
- Experience developing investor-facing materials, newsletters, and strategic commentary.
- Proven success managing LinkedIn and other digital platforms to drive brand engagement and audience growth.
- Experience collaborating with PR agencies and media outlets to secure earned visibility.
- Strong writing, editorial, and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to distil complex ideas into clear, credible narratives.
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable measuring and reporting engagement impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
Why Join Stellar Growth Capital
- Define and lead the content, communications, and brand strategy for a growing investment firm.
- Work directly with partners and senior leadership to shape and amplify the firm’s market voice.
- Engage with leading investors, founders, and thought leaders through media, digital platforms, and live events.
- Build visibility and thought leadership across investor, media, and entrepreneurial networks.
