Summary Objective
The Fabrication Helper assists production employees by performing duties requiring less skill.
Essential Functions
- Assist production workers with variety of tasks to include: prepping material and equipment, cleaning work area, grinding steel base frames, prep welds, etc.
- General facility cleaning to include custodial duties.
- Accountability for completion of daily work assignments while monitoring quality, safety and health regulations.
- Complies with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements and physically / medically qualified to wear required PPE per OSHA standards.
- Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits.
