Our administrative team works a standard 4-day week. The start time for this position is 7am, with patients starting at 7:30am. We finish up at 5:00pm or 4:00pm on Fridays.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verifying insurance
- Procedure explanations and cost presentation
- OTC collections
- Restorative and Surgical scheduling and coordination
- Assist with general administrative duties
SHARED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcoming patients and updating their information as needed
- Answering and appropriately handling incoming phone calls
- Scheduling appointments per the office guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
