We offer supervision for LAMFT, LAC and LSW provisional licensees, benefits including 401K and opportunities for certifications. Our aim is to help therapists reach their goals while helping clients by providing opportunities for professional and personal growth, better compensation and a healthy work environment.
Full and part time positions are available; benefits will vary depending on status. Pay range is $45-$75 per hour depending on status.
Responsibilities may include:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with mental health concerns
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address client needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client assessments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client records
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in mental health therapy
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- State licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
