Duration: 12 Months(Contract #W2 Only)

Job Summary:

The Senior Analyst, Project Management will lead projects that bring new and improved hemodynamic monitoring medical devices from development through clinical evaluation and commercial launch. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects to ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large product development projects while following quality and design control processes.
• Create and manage project plans, scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Support development and approval of business cases and coordinate resources across projects
• Track project progress and communicate status, risks, and results to stakeholders
• Lead project team meetings and ensure efficient decision-making and execution
• Identify and resolve complex project issues and risks
• Mentor and guide team members as a project management expert
• Build strong relationships, trust, and collaboration across teams
• Drive accountability, urgency, and focus to meet or exceed project goals
• Influence cross-functional teams and leadership to achieve project success.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering or related field preferred)
• PMP certification is a plus
• 2–5 years of experience managing new product development or complex projects
• Experience in medical device development and regulatory processes
• Proven ability to lead projects in a matrix, cross-functional environment
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to balance priorities and make decisions under uncertainty
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
