Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Transfers
- Process inventory returns and execute warehouse transfers
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely system updates
Rework Coordination
- Manage RMA processes and maintain rework trackers
- Coordinate shipments with suppliers and internal teams
- Reconcile inbound/outbound units and provide status updates
Receiving Issue Resolution
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Work with warehouse and planning teams to ensure quick resolution
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in supply chain workflows
- Improve processes and maintain SOP documentation
Ad Hoc Support
- Assist planning and buying teams with data, reporting, and coordination tasks
Required Skills & Experience
- 3β6 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Warehouse & logistics operations
- Experience with RMA, returns, or reverse logistics
- Strong data accuracy and reconciliation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
