Role: Suppliers Quality Analyst(Medical Devices)
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 6 Months(Contract W2 with Medical Benefits)

Job Summary:
The Supplier Quality Analyst makes sure that all suppliers (materials, parts, or services) meet quality and regulatory standards for medical devices. The role focuses on monitoring supplier performance, managing issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and approve suppliers, and regularly review their performance
- Track supplier quality using metrics like defect rates and issue trends
- Maintain the approved supplier list and related records
- Handle supplier change requests and assess their impact
- Identify and escalate supplier risks, and help fix issues
- Review changes from suppliers that could affect product quality
- Work with Engineering and Regulatory teams to evaluate changes
- Provide supplier quality data for reports and reviews
- Keep supplier documents updated in the quality system
- Ensure all supplier activities follow company procedures and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (or similar experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in quality or manufacturing (preferably in medical devices or regulated industries)
- Basic knowledge of quality regulations (like FDA and ISO standards)
- Good skills in Excel and data analysis
Key Skills:
- Understanding of quality systems and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
