Role: Finance Analyst
Location: On-Site – El Paso, TX
Duration: 12 Months (Contract#W2 with medical benefits)

Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of Accounting/Finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros)
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
Experience with:
- Financial analysis
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Product costing
- Inventory control
- Manufacturing variances
Role Overview:
The Finance Analyst supports the manufacturing plant by providing financial analysis, accounting support, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role partners with Finance and Operations teams to improve financial performance and support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Lead month-end close activities
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and account reconciliations
- Maintain financial data integrity within SAP
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company financial policies
Costing & Financial Analysis
- Perform product costing and standard cost analysis
- Analyze manufacturing costs and variances
- Conduct inventory, spending, and business case analysis
- Support decision-making through financial insights
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support annual budget and rolling forecast processes
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts
- Identify key financial drivers and performance trends
KPI & Business Support
- Prepare recurring financial reports
- Track and manage KPIs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve performance and drive change
Audit Support
- Assist with internal and external SOX audits
- Ensure financial controls and compliance requirements are met
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in manufacturing finance/accounting
- Advanced Excel user
- SAP/ERP experience
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
