Responsibilities:
Foster collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and Agile leaders.
Key Skills:
- Act as an agile mentor to support Scrum Masters and Product Managers Domain Expertise. on Agile best practices.
- Support hiring manager with onboarding of new Scrum Masters Optimize the flow of work across teams and remove blockers.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Quarterly Planning Events (QPEs) and Scrum of Scrums.
- Track and manage risks, dependencies, progress of completed vs
- Understanding of business value prioritization and economic decision-making. Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple Agile teams. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile collaboration tools.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
