We are currently looking for a Contracts & Rebates Analyst to join a leading healthcare/medical device organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and interpret customer contracts to ensure accurate rebate and incentive payments
• Analyze disputed rebates and resolve payment discrepancies
• Perform variance analysis, accruals, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Contract Operations teams
• Maintain contract tracking systems and reporting logs
• Support process improvement and reporting automation initiatives
Required Skills:
• Experience in contract analysis, rebate processing, pricing, or financial operations
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems preferred
• Background in financial analysis, accruals, and variance reporting
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Background:
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or enterprise finance environment experience
