Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of products throughout the manufacturing process
- Operate basic machinery and tools following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working environment
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment functions correctly and report any issues promptly
- Follow all safety standards in production, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), to uphold quality and compliance
- Support team members in meeting production goals while adhering to strict safety guidelines
Requirements
- Physical ability to perform lifting and manual labor throughout the shift
- Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude for operating machinery and tools
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards in production environments
- Commitment to following GMP guidelines and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
- Experience with PPE use, including gloves, masks, eye protection, and other safety gear as required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
