Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Record patients’ behavioral progress accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Support clients with developmental disabilities.
- Collect data on behaviors, and document medical records to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Respond effectively to crisis situations through crisis intervention and crisis management strategies to ensure safety for clients and staff.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Light housekeeping and meal prepping.
- *****This is a 8-10 days per month 24hr role paying $200 - $275 per day. *****
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.
- Ability to work with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or PTSD requires patience and understanding.
- Familiarity with medication documentation, and HIPAA regulations is necessary.
- Strong communication skills.
- A proactive attitude combined with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
