Position Overview
The Kitchen Expo plays a critical role in ensuring food leaves the kitchen accurate, organized, and up to Sidecar standards. This position acts as the communication bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate food orders between kitchen and service staff
Ensure plates are assembled accurately and presented properly
Maintain organized ticket flow and communicate with the kitchen team
Ensure all food is leaving the kitchen hot and in a timely manner
Assist with quality control and food presentation
Maintain a clean and organized expo station
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Restaurant experience preferred but not required
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
