What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Graphic Designer position at Stellar Agency?
Part-Time Designer and Artworker
Remote, supporting our Los Angeles account manager and producer
Approx. 32 hours each month on an initial six month contract, with scope to grow into a permanent role
Compensation to be discussed according to experience
• A versatile designer who can transform creative direction into print-ready artwork, with particular strength in large format and grand format pieces such as out-of-home, building wraps and exhibition graphics
• Proven expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, with meticulous attention to colour, typography and file accuracy
• Confidence taking files from concept through to pre-press, including colour management, bleed, trim and liaison with suppliers
• Motion graphics skills in After Effects or similar software are a welcome bonus
• At least three years’ experience in an agency or studio environment, ideally within entertainment or lifestyle brands
• A proactive collaborator who communicates smoothly across time zones and works comfortably without constant supervision
• Legal right to work in the United States, along with occasional availability for face-to-face meetings in Los Angeles
• Act as the West Coast extension of our London design team, jumping in during LA hours when clients need updates or new deliverables
• Adapt master artwork for multiple formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency and pixel-perfect detail
• Build polished client decks and presentation assets that tell a compelling story
• Share ideas and keep an eye on design and pop-culture trends, helping to keep our creative work fresh and relevant
