Position Summary:
The Account Services Receptionist is a vital member of the Account Services operations team, and is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting guests and vendors. This role includes processing return mail and supporting administrative tasks such as handling paid-in-full mailouts and scanning large files. The Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency by adhering to established procedures and contributing to the overall success of the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sign for incoming mail and packages.
- Greeting guest, setting up conference rooms, providing directions to new employees.
- Provide temporary badges when necessary.
- Tracks inbound/outbound Iron Mountain boxes.
- Identify and process undeliverable or returned mail, updating records as needed.
- Assist with monitoring the scan mailbox for daily mailouts and processes the PIF weekly mailouts.
- Scan documents, filing, and assisting with invoice processing.
- Other duties may be assigned, and responsibilities/activities may change.

Required Experience:
- Minimum six (6) months to one (1) year of customer service experience/front office in a lending and/or captive finance industry operational environment such as Account Services (back-end operations), Funding, Customer Service, Collections
Education:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Skills Required:
- Quickly addresses issues and provides responsive customer service.
- Engages in clear oral and written communication, listens actively, and collaborates well within teams.
- Maintains high levels of professionalism and ethical standards, respecting all individuals and supporting organizational values.

- Overtime required – required on an as needed basis.
- Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis. This is an in-office position.
- Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ.

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
