The Technical Training Senior Specialist will support the development and implementation of Microelectronics capability within a production environment. This role serves as a subject matter expert, providing hands on technical guidance, establishing foundational processes and training to enable a stable and sustainable operational ramp up.

To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, the applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (e.g. Green Card holder), or a protected individual as defined by the International Traffic in Arm Regulations (ITAR).

Responsibilities
- Provide hands on technical support in Microelectronics processes and production activities
- Develop and document standard work, process flows and training materials
- Partner with operations, engineering and quality teams to align process and requirements
- Identify process gaps and implement practical solutions
- Support production readiness, initial builds and stabilization efforts
- Transfer knowledge to internal teams to enable long term sustainment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Microelectronics manufacturing, assembly or related technical field
- Experience building similar capabilities in a production environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microelectronics processes and production environments.
- Demonstrated capability to train and mentor personnel in a hands on setting.
- Ability to operate independently and drive results in fast paced production environment.
- Strong problem solving skills with a focus on implementation methodology.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
