I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years with State Farm Corporate and also gained experience as an agency team member. I’m a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a B.A. in Marketing, married to my college sweetheart, and a proud mom of three boys. We also have a friendly office dog, Flynn, our Shih Tzu, who brings a little extra fun to the workday!

As Account Representative for Stella Spiking - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Able to anticipate customer needs.
- Able to effectively relate to customers.
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
