Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years with State Farm Corporate and also gained experience as an agency team member. I’m a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a B.A. in Marketing, married to my college sweetheart, and a proud mom of three boys. We also have a friendly office dog, Flynn, our Shih Tzu, who brings a little extra fun to the workday!

You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
