What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Bartender position at Stella's Southern Brasserie?
Stella's Brasserie, located in Hollingsworth Park off of Verdae is seeking an experienced bartender to join the team! We are a locally owned restaurant that focuses on providing fine dining service in a relaxed atmosphere. Wait staff is required to have extensive knowledge of our menus, the ingredients that go into each menu item, and where those ingredients are locally sourced from!
Please know that in our company, all bartenders work together and are often assigned tables in the dining room as part of their 'section' in addition to bar & cocktail. This makes for a more cohesive & well rounded FOH team that knows service on all fronts, can help each other & work really well together!
Applicants must be available to work Saturday & Sunday Brunch
We make all of our infusions and syrups in house, so a working knowledge and appreciation for fresh cocktails is required.
Ability to follow recipes and keep a clean bar is required.
