,About the Role
This is a hybrid role built for someone who leads by example. Generally speaking you would work the floor 3 days/week as a floating manager (coaching servers, managing flow, jumping in where needed), and serve, host, expo, or cashier 2 days/week to stay connected with your team and guests. You’ll help ensure top-notch service and partner with our kitchen and ownership to keep operations smooth and morale high.
This shift will start between 4:45 am and 5am most days and will require Saturdays and may require Sundays as well.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Train and manage staff, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Host, serve, or cashier two shifts per week approximately—staying active in service
- Handle comps, guest issues, and service recovery with a calm, solutions-first mindset
- Build the FOH schedule to ensure we hit service and budgetary targets
- Handle inventory control and cash management, ensuring accurate POS transactions.
- Ensure cleanliness, side work, and ambiance standards are met
- Handle general admin and HR duties.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to manage ticket flow and guest experience
- Track check averages, tip performance, and guest feedback to help the team grow
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in a full-service restaurant overseeing a minimum of 10 people
- Experience as a server, host, or cashier—you know the grind and how to support it
- Calm under pressure and confident in managing a team during high-volume hours
- Experience in inventory control and cash handling
- Organized and great at follow-through—schedules, checklists, and coaching
- Early riser who thrives in fast mornings and early afternoon wrap-ups.
- Tech-comfortable: POS, scheduling apps, and basic spreadsheets
- Experience in a fast pace and busy casual dining service

Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a pre employment drug test
- Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, twist, and kneel
- Proven experience in staff training and management within a hospitality setting
- Strong background in food service and kitchen management
- Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Aloha and Micros
- Experience in inventory control and cash handling
- Must have worked in a fast paced sit down restaurant in Front of house minimum of 2 years
- Excellent team management and supervisory skills
- Must have strong computer skills

Pay: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
