Job Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front office operations, including patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, and answering phones. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Check patients in and out, verify insurance and collect co-pays
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in the EMR system
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scanning, faxing, filing)
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous front desk or customer service experience (medical office experience preferred)
- Familiarity with EMR systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
