As a Remodeling Sales Consultant, you will be the trusted expert guiding homeowners through the initial vision and design phase of their major renovation projects (think master suites, great rooms, dormers, and custom additions). You will leverage your construction knowledge and sales skills to conduct inspections, create detailed estimates, and design compelling proposals that win business. This is a hybrid role that combines field inspections, client home visits, and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-home consultations and roof inspections to understand client needs and assess project scope.
• Develop detailed, accurate estimates, proposals, and design presentations for homeowners.
• Educate clients on options, materials, and the value of choosing Stella Construction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and expert communication.
• Manage your pipeline and track all activities diligently using our company CRM.
• Generate leads through strategic canvassing and networking initiatives.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our project management and production teams to ensure a smooth handoff and client satisfaction.
• Continuously develop your skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (2 or more years) in construction sales, estimating, or a related client-facing role within the industry.
• A strong understanding of residential construction systems, materials, and processes.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, you can build rapport quickly and explain complex details clearly.
• A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; you thrive while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. (Required)
• Ability to work some weekends as needed.
