JOB TITLE: RESIDENTIAL MANAGER, Full Time
DEPARTMENT: Park Ave. Community Residence – Dunkirk, NY
MIN. SALARY: $23.02 per hour
HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm - SCHEDULING FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED

JOB FUNCTION:
Supervises community residence program staff and service implementation. Provides case management, rehabilitative, and restorative services to residents. To teach, counsel, and monitor the resident’s daily activities in a community residence or apartment setting to develop skills, abilities, and experience that will facilitate a more significant opportunity for the resident to live independently.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Experience, and Knowledge BA or BS degree in Human Services or a related field. Good knowledge of methods used in the day-to-day operations of a supervised community residence for the mentally disabled. One year of experience of a practical nature working with individuals with mental illness.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

Have a home/cell telephone.

Be able to travel to and among various multi-level facilities with stairs only.

Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

May be required to use personal vehicle for programmatic purposes.

The NYS Office of Mental Health, NYS OMIG, and other regulators require criminal background checks and other pre-employment checks.
