Job Description

The Client Services Manager will support daily operations by coordinating between clients, vendors, and various Steiner departments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication skills and the ability to execute effectively across a wide range of operational responsibilities. This position will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless day-to-day studio operations and client support.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Foster positive working relationships with production clients, vendors, and internal Steiner departments.
  • Promptly address any safety issues or hazards to maintain a safe working environment. 
  • Assist internal operations departments with client walkthroughs, tech and location scouts.
  • Communicate and track the progress of all production requests across internal operations departments. 
  • Coordinate and report maintenance issues and requests to appropriate teams. 
  • Coordinate waste removal between clients and vendors, ensuring responsible disposal practices. 
  • Assist with client billing, ensuring accurate tracking of production charges and services rendered.
  • Produce and distribute reports and schedules each day, ensuring accurate and timely visibility into client activity.
  • Manage and monitor stage access for both clients and staff. 
  • Collaborate with security personnel to ensure seamless client access and coordinate vehicle logistics. 
  • Prepare client spaces for turnover, conduct final walkthroughs, and coordinate space transitions with internal operations teams.
  • Manage FDNY consent letters, ensure fire lanes are clear in all operating stages, conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections, and coordinate fire alarm system offline requests for clients during both business hours and shooting schedules.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk large facilities and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays based on client needs.
Required Certifications:
  • F-01 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • OSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Lift Certification (for operating equipment such as scissor lifts, etc.)

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $31.00/hour

This range represents the anticipated hourly rate range for this position, in addition to competitive benefits. We carefully assess and consider several factors with each candidate, including role-related knowledge, experience and skills. Compensation may vary based on these considerations.
