Seeking a friendly, upbeat and motivated Customer Service Representative for our Customer Service/Front Desk Department. Professional appearance with friendly telephone voice required. Must be reliable, self-motivated and upbeat. Good verbal and written communication skills as well as a well-rounded understanding of electronic communication etiquette is expected. Attention to detail is a must. Customer service is paramount to Stein’s Aircraft Services and team members are expected to exceed client expectations.

Duties:

• Attracts potential customers by answering service questions and ability to suggest and knowledgeably discuss information regarding other company offered products and services
• Data entry and Invoicing
• Open and maintaining new and repeat customer accounts
• Resolves product or service problems as required
• Fielding radio calls from aircraft and line service
• Concierge duties
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Prioritize responsibilities
• Daily problem solving
• General Office Cleaning
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Shift

• Friday 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Saturday 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work weekends and holidays, is a must as our operations are 365 days a year.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge in aviation is a plus.
• Driver’s License Required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
